Despite flying in from another galaxy, it appears our soon-to-be extraterrestrial overlords have already found new ways to circumvent Los Angeles’ notorious traffic — and terrify us Earthlings — hovering over the Golden State.
On Tuesday, video compilation page @infodotwtf headed to Twitter with a glimpse at what appears to be a UFO floating high above southern California.
“Alien mothership hovering over Anaheim California,” they captioned their now-viral clip of the “weird ring-like UFO.”

But before we grab our tin foil hats and quit our jobs like that one now-infamous Redditor, it appears there may be more to this UAP story — one stemming from not aliens, but rather, one very, very rich mouse.
According to the Orange County Register, who covered a similar sighting last March, the UAP in question was likely a ring of smoke from the pyrotechnic effects included in Disneyland’s “World Of Color” nighttime show.

“The quickly dissipating smoke rings are a standard side effect of the flame effects used during nighttime spectaculars above Main Street USA and during ‘World of Color,’ according to Disneyland officials,” the outlet reported of the scary sighting.
But hey, who knows? If the House of Mouse could (allegedly) lie about Walt Disney’s frozen head, they’re more than capable of covering for ETs.
